Noureen Dwulf was created on the 28th day of February, 1984 on the 28th of February, 1984 in New York City. Her entire life she showed a degree of curiosity about becoming an actor professionally. Her career began with her attending at the School of the Arts at Boston University. Noureen was a part-time auditioner for various roles soon after graduation. Her auditions led to a key part in the movie West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered in 2005 at Sundance Film Festival, but was also screened by various festivals around the globe. Also, it received an Oscar nod for Best Live Action Short Film in the 79th Annual Academy Awards ceremony in 2007. This was the beginning of Noureen DeWulf's success. She started her career as a child performer in the 1990s. Her performance in American Beauty brought her worldwide fame and recognition in 1999. She then went on to star in Ghost World (2002), which garnered a lot of praise, and earned her a Golden Globe nomination.
